The White House released a budget estimate today for 3.7 Trillion USD.
At no point does the President or any other politician give any indication they plan to stop this unsustainable spending binge they have been on for years.
Calls for a balanced budget are pointless because all these calls demand a balanced budget primarily through increasing taxes to confiscate as much of the fruits of the labor of American citizens.
How about demands the budget become balanced by the Politicians being forced to spend less than what they take in revenue. Simply removing political corruption and waste from incompetence could potentially achieve a 50% reduction in spending and fit withing the amount of revenue forcibly taken each year.
Is it really such a complex concept to force politicians to spend as a normal person would, not waste our money and actually spend significantly less?

Muslim tyrants fall
Events in Tunisia and Egypt with currently occurring protests in Algeria, Bahrain and Yemen to remove Muslim Tyrants all show the failure of the UN and progressive liberal policies of moral equivalency as justification to form any kind of diplomatic relationship with tyrants.
The Policy of the progressive liberal in dealing with tyrants began in the 1930s with the League of Nations and the US as a policy of just letting tyrants do whatever atrocity they committed under the guise of internal politics. While Germany, Italy and Japan spent most of the 1930s, invading and occupying countries like Czech, Ethiopia and Korea the US and League under Neville Chamberlain simply believed these leaders like Hitler were benign people that just need to be understood and negotiated with while they are occupying nations and killing people.
This policy transferred to the UN, this concept that all nations are equal in the UN regardless of the fact that many are tyrannies run by thugs and in many cases have religious leaders bent on killing every other person on the planet.
The UN and US support these tyrants if they leave American interests alone. Past examples are US support of the Saddam to combat Iran, Mubarak, Saudi royals and others. The UN "peace keeping" efforts merely result in stalemates and refugee camps with occasional rape gangs as seen in Africa.
The UN is incapable of choosing the side of right and peace. Actions and places such as the occupation attempt of east Timor, North Korea (a UN stalemate), Iran, Syria, Venezuela and many other countries are in no way operating under any kind of natural right or with consent of the people. The UN should be banning these countries from world commerce not negotiating with them. Mubarak should never existed, Iranian Ayatollahs should never have been in power just as Hitler should and could have been stopped years before he invaded Poland.
The results are seen today. After years of these UN supported tyrannies oppressing their people, the people are finally rising up and throwing off the shackles of their oppressors. The UN and member nations can't even understand what is happening. To the UN, the people are just irrelevant plebeians who have no say, no individual rights or even any direct involvement in the world.
The UN either needs to acknowledge the fact that all countries are not equal. Some Tyrants are in fact Tyrants and they are not legitimate just because their thugs confiscated some geographic space and enslaved the population.
It is time to end the UN sponsored "peace" where civil wars, genocide, tyranny, rape and violence endures for decades with UN refugee camps and UN peace keeping forces ensure the status quo.

Cold in Florida and LA and it is more Proof of Human Caused Global Warming?
You environmentalist morons would be amusing if you were not costing the world billions in unnecessary costs and regulation. The facts are there is no HUMAN caused global warming. Your religion was debunked and proven to be based on falsified information and so called computer models that are skewed to "prove" humans are causing global warming.
The facts are CO2 has gone up AFTER the rise in temperature, just as it has for every warming period between ice ages going back a billion years.
Myths of your ideology are there is no actual reason to accept some kind of "global" temperature or its meaning. WE humans do not know enough about the atmosphere to even guess what is happening and less than 100 years of temperature data from parts of America, Europe and a few other locations amounting to less than 1000th of a percent of all temperature on land, sea and in the air we would need to take to even begin to understand the biosphere we live in.
The facts are you human caused warmists have chosen a nonexistent problem to to demonize and given it a cause called CO2 which conveniently can't be measured, we dont know what actually can be in the atmosphere and it will always be there as long as life exists. In effect a cause you can always state is still a cause and never have to worry about a solution.

This makes sense. The Democrats want to stick it to millions of Americans in order to supposedly punish a few hundred "wealthy" people
As the title of this post suggests, it would seem the Democrats in their zeal to punish success are more than willing to beat down all Americans with more taxes in order to punish the very few wealthy Americans.
No thank you Democrats, this blogger does not care about the wealthy but I do care about you stealing even more of my money.
The make this almost amusing the Democrats claim this will just add to the deficit. Again, the Democrats in their infinite wisdom actually believe a Tax cut is a cost. Also, why would they count this as money in hand before it is, they should have assumed these Bush Tax Cuts would be extended. However, the obvious must be pointed out to the Democrats. Flagrant out of control spending adds to the deficit. NOT raising taxes never adds to a deficit.
So it is back to a very basic plan the politicians seem to fail to grasp. Don't spend so much damn money on every idiot scheme thought of. Don't spend so much money on over priced products and services and stop spending on so much the government should not even be involved in.
Then perhaps we may see an improvement in the economy.

The Democrats don't seem to realize they were smacked down...
The Democrats were thoroughly smacked down in most of the country and they still push their liberal socialist agenda. This would be amusing if these politicians could only affect themselves and their followers.
The Democrats were smacked down in 1994 for similar reasons like over spending and raising taxes and of course restricting freedoms. So the question is why in the world did they think they could do far worse that 1994 in forcing their liberalism down American throats and spending insanely.
This happens to be a single example of it being a Good thing anyone who does not read history is doomed to repeat it.

Banning blackberries in parts of the world, the question is where do governments get the right to need your data?
Many countries around the world are beginning to ban blackberries. The claim is the governments can't control the data because it goes to foreign servers and is encrypted. This prevents the government from being able to access the data when they need too.
America is not yet attempting this but the American government is also under the false belief that they have a right to our data whenever they feel the need. This need is always couched under the umbrellas of law enforcement and security.
Liberty in American means to live free without interference from the government or society. The government has no right to demand that data be accessible to them forever, in case they need it. There is a need to perform law enforcement, they can obtain a warrant and can make a law that days companies like blackberry should provide the ability to decrypt or provide data after the warrant is in place. Otherwise, data should be entirely inaccessible to the government or anyone else.
We the people have a right to privacy, a right defined by us, it does not have to be in the constitution to be a right. The government is specifically prohibited from watching us like we are all criminals and having access to our data anytime is in effect monitoring us like big brother.
The fact that the data is accessible to the government means features exist to allow access, which can then be exploited by actual criminals as well. Making identity theft easier, because it is easier for the government to control your identity.
The people should demand that everything about themselves is owned by them and the government has no right to it.Our name, data, ID cards, money, clothing, whatever owned or is part of a person's identity or life should be entirely controlled by the individual and the government should have no authority to remove it, control it, access it or do anything with it. In truth, the government should not have to know anything about me except the fact I represent a number in the census count.
Today, the governments in america lay claim to own all of your IDs, such as a passport. The government should issue a passport but short of criminal investigation, the government should have no authority to revoke or take back a passport for any reason, it is yours, your name and as a free individual, you have the right to receive and keep your passport at all times. The government does not need to know when , where or how you transfer your money. The government does not need to know you travel to many different countries, at least when it comes to friendly countries or ones that are at least not antagonistic to the US. The government does not need to know where you work or why.
The bottom line is you and your identity are yours. Identity theft is prevalent because it is the fact the government refuses to make laws protecting your claim to yourself to provide the government access to your data and your activities, which allows for Identity theft to occur. If they made you the sole owner of your own identity, you would be able to protect yourself from criminals and government intrusion because in both cases it is access provided to the government, which gives criminals access as well.
Other countries are claiming similar reasons for bans on blackberries but another unspoken reason is censorship. These less than free countries want to be able to scan and search for those who disparage their governments. America is almost there. The US government already tracks everything you do, anywhere in the world or at least they are trying. Already they are trying to pass laws that makes it impossible to have a blog such as this one or TV stations, or radio or other sources of information which disparages the democrats and their socialist agenda.
When the government already has access to everything you say and do, , giving themselves the power to take over anything they wish, how long before they are banning blackberries here?

We want the American dream back. An appeal to any country friendly to Americans...
We the people of America should be completely disgusted and tired of the Democrat party and its supporters. We were not placed on this planet by God to earn money for those jackasses in the democrat party to confiscate from us. Using Ayn Rand's idea in Atlas Shrugged, why should we not remove ourselves from this country to a place that appreciates talented and financially capable individuals. Without people like you the reader and this author, the progressives will have nothing. They need our money to force us to become socialists. Why should we stay here in a place where 47% of the population, 90% of the education system, all unions and the vast majority of all government employees have it out to take everything we own.
We the people who are patriots of America are patriots of the idea of government created by the people as defined by the Founding Fathers of this country. We are not obligated to stay in a place where the Constitution no longer applies. I am a patriot of the America where freedom is assured, with a government based on the Constitution created from natural law, my rights are mine to define, the government protects my rights and I can pursue my happiness and live my life anyway I choose. America is not this land, it is the people. It is the 45% of the population that still believes the founding fathers created the best country in history.
Ms Rand has a good idea. Why not have Americans take their skills and money to a place that welcomes us. Everyone wants to come to America. What most don't realize is America is the people. It is our attitude, our morals and our culture. We can bring America to any country we adopt and perhaps we should. We can always move back once the progressives and their supporters collapse in their own misery. Why should we stay and let them take everything from us and follow them into the oblivion of socialism they want so much.
Perhaps we could appeal to some country in the world, that is willing to take Americans in and let us transform them into the America people want to immigrate too.
Isn't the saying that home is where ever you and your loved ones are? America is it's people and we can form this government anywhere in the world. Perhaps we should do something as daring as the Founders and separate ourselves from our oppressors so we can again follow the path leading to the American dream. We should want to have the dream back. The democrats and their supporters have a different dream, one where everyone is equally miserable. The American dream is still alive, it just needs a home because clearly the Democrats have decided to alienate and make unwelcome the American dream and anyone who still believes in that dream.
Any government reading this outside of the the United States, consider this idea. If you make laws that welcome Americans as immigrants, you will likely find many willing to relocate. We have money, ethics, skills, morals, fortitude and always do everything possible to help as evidenced by our worldwide generosity. If you believe as we do, that America is a great country, perhaps you can make a second America one based on the original ideas of America and have the American people move to your country and help you create a new and potentially a country that exceeds the greatest nations that have existed in the past.

Obamacare is in and is the next step to the democrats inflicting American with socialism
For the first time in American history a political party has done what only occurred in banana republics, tyrannies and socialist countries in the past. The democrats have forced america into a National Healthcare system that will first tax everyone into poverty for 4 years with no actual benefit and during that 4 years the rest of the law will ensure the private medical industry and insurance industry will cease to exist.
Never before have politicians in America passed a law that had the majority of the population against it. Numbers range from 60 to 75% but clearly the majority don't want it. What is clear is the democrats have nailed shut their own coffin and have likely not only lost power this November but may have killed their chance at power again for 20 or more years. The question is what is in this bill that has them willing to let the entire party lose elections in november?
Here is what to expect from Obamacare.
Taxes going up very high. Of course, the democrats always claim they are taxing the rich and their core voters always buy that line. In reality, these guys are rich themselves and are not going to tax their own money or their friends. It will be the middle class that pays for this. Remember, they need not provide any services until 2014, after Obama's presumed re-election, though he may now only be a 1 term president. So from now until 2014, they will move the taxing from the so called rich , to the middle class. The rich know how to hide their money in ways to ensure no taxing will fall on them and this new law will likely drive the upper middle class into the same tax shelters. This leaves everyone else left to work like good socialist slaves for the benefit of the democrats and the so called poor with no insurance.
If you are retired, expect medicare to become more expensive and have reduced services. Obama claims he will "eliminate waste and fraud" in medicare and use that savings for the new national healthcare. Ask yourself when the last time any congress or president has ever dealt with waste or fraud or when they have ever reduced the cost of anything. Be assured just like in England and Canada, if you are retired, you will not be getting much. They government will set up rules that dictate who gets care when and being elderly is a mark against you.
The worse is yet to come. As the democrats erode this country by confiscating all money, nationalizing yet another industry and creating a so called "right" to healthcare, they are destroying this country as assuredly as any other socialist nation has destroyed itself.
The key is creating a right. The Constiution does not grant the government any authority over rights. WE the people determine rights, the government protects them. Now that the democrats have precedent in creating a right, be assured they will create more and remove the ones they find inconvenient. The government is also taking even more of the economy than at any other time in history. The very protections this country started with to prevent what happened in the House under Nancy Pelosi today. The government does not have the authority to take an industry, nationalize and destroy it and create rights. Those protections are mentioned at the beginning of this blog, limits on funds and senators voted by state legislatures.

People, we need to force the democrats out and force the republicans to repeal this law. We have no other choice. If this does not happen, there is no where else for productive americans to go. These people are doing to us what the bolesheviks did to russia, what the current socialists in Europe are doing to their people and we are headed down the path China is on now.
At some point, we need to return to the America started by the US constitution because there is no room for a middle class in a socialist nation. Only the rich politicians and their poor slaves can live in the society the Democrats are building today.

The progressive marxist Democrats have handed the ball to the Republicans but will there be any action?
The democrats in their zeal to impose communism on the people have basically handed the ball over to the Republicans in November.
The Political Shaman will predict the GOP politicians will not reverse anything the democrats do.
Where in the last 70 years has any party reversed anything the previous party did. Sure maybe prohibition could be counted but in reality that had little effect on anything. Do you see the Republicans actually reversing Carbon Tax or Healthcare should they be passed? Do you believe the Republicans will enact a new Bush Tax cut after expiration? Do you think the Republicans will return unspent stimulus money, return the land taken recently in a land grab but the feds to own more land in the west? Do you feel the republicans can finally start to dismantle or make more effective Social Security or Medicare?
Best of all, do you believe the Republicans will reverse the taxes, spending and regulation killing this country?
There is no history supporting any of this. The only thing we can hope for from them is a stalling of the country on its current path to Marxism. That is what the last few decades of history shows. Republicans will slow the damage but not fix it.
It will be a good thing to have the progressives out of power. Just don't get too excited because no one is going to actually fix anything either.
The democrats are falling apart, yet the still have the power to force us to take anything, or do they?
The last few weeks have been incredible with the Democrats causing themselves all kinds of problems. They are losing elections they should not lose, having tickle fests, resigning, not running subsequent terms, taxing the hell out of us, spending more than any time in the past and being called out for pushing their marxist progressive agenda.
The real problem though is the Prophet Obama and Queen Pelosi have not just doubled down, they are going all in and have flatly said they will force their healthcare and presumably anything else down our throats, for our own good.
Here is the question. How can they force the people into anything? A law must be accepted by the majority of the people or the government will need to use violence to force us. Perhaps the American People need to start ignoring laws passed that are not legitimate nor accepted. The biggest mistake the people ever made was around slavery and the biggest excuse justifying it continuing for so long was "the law". In reality, Congress, nor the Supreme Court could vote for or rule in favor of any slave law because it is impossible for either entity to circumvent unalienable rights.
We have a right to live in the country without being forced by the government to do anything detrimental to our ability to live as free individuals. The fact that congress and the prophet may vote or pass a law is totally irrelevant, if the people stand up for their rights and ignore the law. Part of the success of America is the People in general voluntarily follow the law. We follow most laws but not all of them. Most people will speed occasionally or water their lawn against the rules prescribed and have no problem say getting an abortion when it was still illegal or drinking during prohibition. In fact, drug laws are on the books and many ignore those and the rest of the people don't care too much or the government would not have such a hard time enforcing those laws.
It is simple People of America, ignore the laws congress passes that are detrimental to us or are against the constitution. Some laws can't be ignored so easily, such as tax laws, since our money is taken before we get it. For these so called laws, perhaps we need to form a class action lawsuit against the individual politicians for passing tax and spending laws that have effectively ruined the economy.
Just remember people of America, we don't have to take it from the politician, unless they pick up a gun, they can't force us, unless of course they succeed in removing the 2nd amendment.

Middle class America, perhaps it is time to leave...
Middle class America, 50% of the country is voting in democrat politicians to steal your money, force you out of your homes and vehicles and slowly taking every freedom you have.
You are the producers of this country. The engineers, the teachers, the programmers, the technicians, plumbers, mechanics and the ones supporting the liberal socialist programs against your will. Every year these politicians take more and 50% of your fellow citizens vote them in to do this.
Perhaps it is time to leave. American is the best country on earth because of the Americans who produce, who live decent lives and simply want to ensure their own families are taken care of and have the generosity to help others when needed. We are America, not the 50% of people taking from you.
If we leave, they will not survive. There are plenty of decent countries who would take Americans with open arms, treat us well and since America is us, anywhere we go will effectively be America. This idea is not new as it is the main solution in Atlas Shrugged for example. It would not be a long stay. After all, how long could the liberals last in America without the people whose money they confiscate for their ideology and welfare programs.
Not long at all, plus when they implode not only will America be free again for us to go back too, we will be bringing with us other countries likely very friendly to Americans and more than willing to continue the profitable relationship after the liberals have finally defeated themselves.
As long as the middle class productive people stay, the democrats will keep stealing our money until we have none, we are all destitute and we will not be able to leave.
Just a thought because the only other option is to pick up guns and force the liberals to leave but that would make us no better than they are, after all the end result of the liberal marxist path is an army turned against the people, at least every other example of marxism in the past ended this way, why would it be different this time, after 100 million already killed in the last 100 years.

It is a good thing that Obama and his followers do not pay attention to history as we know by their quotes of Chairman Mao and Hollywood celebrities insistence on wearing pictures of Che the Cuban general responsible for killing hundreds. Though perhaps if the progressive liberal marxists in the democrat party did read history, they would know the old progressive marxist agenda is a failure but that may be asking too much.
The people of Massachusetts, a dark blue state has overwhelmingly rejected the democrats and their 8 years of insane government incompetence and spending compressed into 1 year. The situation is grim for the democrats and as the Political Shaman predicted, the democrats did go to their core belief of total marxism and attempted to in one year convert American, which predictably failed. We will see the Democrats repeat 1994 and lose everything again but the question is about the republicans. Will they take up the ball, the American people just knocked out of the hands of the democrats?

You see, the republicans would have to go back to the core Constitutional conservative belief that government is the problem. The republicans would have to actually stop the spending and pay back the stimulus, actually reduce taxes and above all, reduce the cost of government and the effects of bogus regulations.
Since no congress in living memory has actually reversed bad laws, truly cut spending and effectively reduced taxes enough to reduce it from a burden to a cost, it is safe to conclude the republicans will not be setting a precedent.
We can possibly hope for the republicans to grow a pair and at least go back to the 1994 mentality and perhaps make a new contract with America.

The Prophet Obama send troops to Afghanistan using the Bush doctrine for war
The Prophet Obama has finally decided after over 3 months, to send more troops to Afghanistan. His defense of this surge is using the same surge plan that Bush used in Iraq.
This is great, The Prophet has screwed everything else up but at least he made a good move here. Iraq and Afghanistan are different, though and it is uncertain we will succeed in a stable government there, which seems to be the goal. In reality, we only need to kill terrorists there, it really makes on difference on the government installed there but it probably can't hurt if the end result is dead terrorists and a stable afghan government.
The repubelicans do need to calm down on the 19 months. The same guy who ran the DOD for Bush is still in charge and we should take the Generals at their word that 19 months is merely a time when they will consider if they can change the battle plan. We could be wrong and if so, then it would be on Obama's head if he planned to cut and run all along though clearly he is planning to use either a claimed victory or a cut and run as political points for the 2012 election.
Either way, the Prophet is doing a Surge, which worked before and is a fairly good plan to try again. Considering his campaign promises were almost entirely the liberal socialist mindset of we just need to understand those that are saying they will kill everyone, it is nice to see that for a moment a few of his braincells worked long enough to make a good decision.

Climategate... We really didn't need it to know these "scientists" were fabricating the entire global warming hysteria
Climategate is all over the media for the last few days, basically some emails and documents found on a public server show evidence that the so called "scientists" who have claimed that global warming is a human caused planet killing phenomenon were in fact fabricating the entire thing.
Do we really need these emails to confirm what should already be known? Their data comes from less than 100 years of temperature data, that is imbalanced across the planet unless you believe the claim that thermometers in the US and Europe and some scattered parts of the planet some how equals the temperature of the entire planet. They rely on tree ring data which only indicates a warming trend for the last few hundred years and does not prove anything about the cause or if it is even unnatural. Ice core data shows the CO2 rise is actually after the temperature rise and is an effect repeated between all of the ice ages, indicated we are in fact between ice ages though this information is suppressed.
These "scientists" also have arbitrarily set a "global" temperature and chose what the "normal" temperature should be, even though over earths 4 billion year history, there is no evidence for what "normal" should be nor that this measure is in fact effective.
The main "evidence" of all of this hysteria are so called climate models. The scientists use the above suspect and conflicting data as well as the entirely fabricated average global temperature and of course the model will predict catastrophe.
None of the so called causes can be repeated or tested in a lab. CO2 is one of the main molecules in the biosphere called earth, how can this possibly be a pollutant. Actual laboratory tests show that water vapor is a better and more likely culprit for global warming, which is caused by a hotter sun. The sun is also proven to be warmer now than it has been in many years.
The ice core and other data showing the CO2 and Temperature during and between ice ages, is in fact the best indicator of what is happening. This data shows between every ice age is a huge but short warming period(short is relative to earths 4 billion years) followed by a long ice age. Today's warming is neither hotter than the past nor getting hotter at a higher rate.
In short, there is no human caused global warming, the entire thing was fabricated as logic of the "evidence" should show anyone with a brain and proven by these emails.
A real scientist would simply gather evidence and form conclusions based on the evidence. What has happened here is climategaters have decided there is human caused global warming and seek to "prove" it by collecting partial data, hiding contrary evidence and fabricating the rest.
It is time now we end this nonsense. Should we continue we will suffer more than just the massive financial burden for the cap and trade tax on your breathing.
Scientists are moving toward removing "carbon" from the energy production process by storing it underground. Here is the major problem with this. For every CO2 molecule forced underground or otherwise taken out of the atmosphere by one of these methods, is taking 2 oxygen atoms and burying those as well. The Political Shaman has major issues with climategaters, reducing the amount of oxygen in the environment for he would like to have enough to breathe. The only effective way to get this Oxygen back into the atmosphere is to let plants use the CO2, which means leaving the CO2 in the atmosphere. There is no prediction at all on what happens underground if you start filling the empty spaces with CO2, such as saturating the ground water with so much CO2, it becomes undrinkable.
Think like these idiot scientists. They will bury CO2, then when there is not enough oxygen, they will give us oxygen tanks, when not enough CO2 is available for plants, they will find a way to manufacture it. This is akin to the perpetual prescription drug problem of doctors giving you one medicine, then another to counter the side effects of the first, then another pill to counteract the side effect of the second medicine.
Think deep down in your mind, do you really want these scientists, messing with the planet's biosphere?

There really is actual pollution to end or mitigate in this world, such as sewage in rivers. However, that would take real scientists and real effort to solve and these problems would be solved, something no politician wants, solved problems means no power or money to gain, so why solve them.

The government is the problem...
Politicians claim almost continuously they will solve all problems. Social Security, Unemployment, recessions, medical costs, insurance costs, banking, war and etc... are all examples of these so called problems and how the politicians will solve them.
The real problem is all of these issue the politicians want to fix, were created and caused by the government itself. Any government program having trouble was created by the politicians, so logically the politicians are the cause of the problems. War is another, though in this case it is other countries political leadership that is the real problem. American politicians are only failures here for letting antagonistic political and theocratic dictators threaten our existence for so long and doing nothing about it but wishing these psychos across the ocean will just see reason.
Indirectly, recessions, healthcare and nearly every other problem is caused by the politicians because of their interference through taxation, regulation, borrowing and printing money. It would seem the industries with the most problems are also the ones with the most government interference. Taxation and regulation, including the government protecting racketeering efforts by unions, cause recessions. Bailouts were for the more heavily regulated industries or union protected industries. Healthcare is expensive because of regulation and more regulation is on the way.
How can a business hire an employee, when so much capital is redirected into government coffers. After all, the governments through taxes and borrowing are taking nearly 50% of all capital earned each year, is it unreasonable to think the economy will remain in recession when 50% of all capital is being confiscated by the government?
Americans and people around the world, the problem we all face is universal. The politician, bureaucrat and theocrat are the biggest problems we all face. Getting rid of them and their impact on the world is the best thing we could do for ourselves. This is not advocacy for anarchy, only the replacement of these parasites with men and women who truly will manage the government and limit law to what is necessary for this purpose. Examples of legitimate government tasks are protection of individual rights, protection of the country, mediating disputes between individuals, dealing with criminals and to a limited degree minimizing the effects of fraud from businesses.
Anything else the government does is just the nonsense politicians do for their own personal power and wealth.
The government is the real problem and it is insane for the people to believe the politicians who cause these problems, will somehow be able to fix them.
